Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure the warranty remains valid, you must inspect the product during the delivery process. If you notice any damage, have a report prepared by the courier and do not accept the delivery. Any alterations made to the product, deformation, or tampering with its original design will void the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If a product purchased from our website is found to be defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our website no later than 7 days from the delivery date. Following this notification, the defective product should be returned to us via the shipping company, and it will be replaced with a new one.
If the defect in the product arises from customer usage or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
The return and exchange conditions are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
