Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving bank approval. Depending on the distance to the delivery address ************, the courier company will deliver your order within 1-3 days.

The delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on the manufacturing time. The delivery details and times for such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of any issues caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on public holidays or during festive periods.
